International
primary training is held in hospitals in Rome directly by
Prof. Giuseppe Marineo, who developed Scrambler Therapy basic
and applied research. The training course is for clinical
researchers and physicians that will themselves become
trainers in their country of origin. Apart from addressing
issues pertaining to the correct methodology usage, it
clarifies scientific and methodological issues in clinical
research.

Advanced training is intended for medical personnel who have completed primary training. The goal is to illustrate specific treatment strategies for particularly complex and severe cases.
Secondary
training is conducted by physicians who have been certified as
trainers in Italy. It is generally offered and managed
independently by local distributors. In the case of the U.S.,
the local distributor also offers the possibility of training
at the client's site, even outside the U.S.

All training courses last for three days for specific reasons. There are some variation features during the treatment that statistically occur in the first three days, and it is thus necessary to learn how to detect and manage them.
Clinical Practice
Overall, each course can accept a limited number of participants, as each participant must have a practical experience with at least one patient, in addition to observing the treatment of other patients. This usually limits the number to a maximum of 4-5 participants per course. Courses lasting less than 3 days, or in which clinical practice is impossible under the specified conditions, or that are delivered by unauthorized trainers, do not meet the standard training criteria. These courses have no officially recognized educational value.
E-training
E-training is possible only as an integration support after standard training. E-training cannot replace a standard training course.
Attendance to a training course certifies the operator to the correct methodology usage, but does not entitle him/her to become a trainer. Training for trainers envisages another separate authorization where it is expressly acknowledged.
